AI Accelerate Workshop

A structured program to find where AI delivers real value for your organisation

Figuring out where to use AI is harder than it looks. There is no shortage of ideas, but knowing which ones will actually deliver measurable results requires a different kind of expertise.

Hypergen is well positioned to help because we build AI solutions for organisations every day. We are not theorists. We know what works, what is achievable, and where the common pitfalls are. That practical lens shapes every part of this program, from the workshop through to the final roadmap.

The AI Roadmap Accelerator moves your team from broad interest to a prioritised, ROI-backed plan, with working prototypes to prove the path forward. A clear governance model then keeps those initiatives moving from backlog to production responsibly.

How the Program Works

The accelerator runs across six steps. Each one builds on the last, and we support you throughout with a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel for ongoing collaboration between sessions.

Step 1
Workshop

Interactive AI Workshop

We start with a hands-on session designed to demystify AI and help your team see genuine opportunities. The workshop covers what generative AI can and cannot do, with live demonstrations of business-relevant use cases: information assistants, intelligent workflows, document generation, and autonomous agents.

Your team leaves with a shared understanding of what is possible, and a first round of ideas worth exploring further.

Step 2
Ideation

Supported Ideation

Following the workshop, we support your team as they generate AI ideas across their functions. Ideas surface organically from the people closest to the work, which means higher quality and stronger buy-in.

We stay engaged through the Teams channel, helping shape ideas and challenging assumptions early. One client surfaced over 40 ideas in this phase alone.

Step 3
Deep Dive

Deep Dive Interviews

We go deeper into the most promising areas. Through structured interviews with key people across your business, we understand the processes, pain points, and data flows behind each opportunity.

This is where our experience building AI solutions makes the difference. We can quickly assess what is technically feasible, what will deliver value, and what will be harder than it looks.

Step 4
Scoring & Ranking

Initiative Scoring and Ranking

Using our AI Opportunity Assessment Matrix, we score every initiative against business impact, implementation effort, strategic alignment, and risk. This gives your leadership team a clear, data-backed view of which initiatives to pursue first and why.

Step 5
Playback

Playback and Roadmap

We present the full findings to your leadership team: every initiative scored, ranked, and mapped into a phased roadmap. The playback includes our recommendations on sequencing, quick wins, and where to invest for the highest return.

This is the deliverable your team can act on immediately. It is practical, specific to your organisation, and grounded in what we know is achievable.

Step 6
Scale & Realise Value

Quick Wins and Production Builds

Many of the quick wins identified in the roadmap can be deployed immediately. Some your team can implement themselves, particularly if they have been through our Microsoft 365 Copilot Training and know how to build and share agents. For teams that want hands-on help after the workshop, our M365 Copilot support packages cover prebuilt agent coaching, custom Copilot agents, and Cowork builds on a rolling basis. For teams that want to upskill on Microsoft's new agentic AI specifically, our Copilot Cowork training is a half-day course that runs in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

For larger initiatives, we build working prototypes that validate feasibility and clarify costs before committing to full production. We use the right technology for each use case, whether that is Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AgentForce, or custom development on Azure.
