About the Role
We're looking for a Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
You'll design and deliver intelligent workflows, low-code apps, and automations that make a real difference for our customers - weaving AI and Copilot Studio capabilities into business processes to create smarter, faster, and more efficient outcomes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3+ years of consulting experience who wants to step up into leading small projects in a supportive environment. You'll work alongside some of the best AI consultants, developers, and solution architects in the country.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working directly with customers to understand business processes and design practical, efficient solutions using the Power Platform
- Translating business needs into clear, structured solution designs and specifications
- Building Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents that simplify work and enhance productivity
- Designing and implementing AI-driven automations, using tools like Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and intelligent connectors within the Power Platform
- Collaborating with developers, data scientists, and architects to bring solutions to life
- Supporting workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions
- Managing your own tasks and deliverables, with opportunities to lead small projects
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar customer-facing role
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
- PL-200 or PL-400 certification (required)
- Strong understanding of business process design, low-code solutions, and workflow automation
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity and a real passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation

Build, integrate, and deploy intelligent applications using Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js (Express) with React front-ends. Integrate with generative AI models via API calls. Work alongside experienced developers on real customer projects.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience in Python/FastAPI, Node.js, or React. Understanding of APIs, databases, and Docker. A portfolio or GitHub link is mandatory.
Work directly with customers to capture requirements and define solution scope for AI, workflow automation, and application projects. Lead workshops and discovery sessions. Take accountability for project success from concept through implementation.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior BA, Consultant, or Project Lead. Strong background in business applications or workflow design. Demonstrated leadership skills.
Take technical ownership of projects, mentor junior developers, and design and deliver high-quality software. Build modern, scalable applications that power automation, analytics, and AI-driven workflows.
Requirements: 5+ years' professional experience. Strong hands-on experience with Python/FastAPI and/or Node.js/Express with React. AZ-104 and AZ-204 certifications required.
