Vessel and berth allocation agent
Australia's sixth largest port handles more than 1,000 vessel visits a year, and each cargo type needs its own berth and equipment. We built an AI agent on the Microsoft AI platform that monitors vessel notifications and checks them against GeelongPort's ERP to optimise berth, resource and equipment allocation.

Loan application agent
A non-bank lender receives applications from a network of more than 2,000 brokers, each with its own supporting documents. We built an AI agent that compiles each broker application and prepares it for entry into the lender's system.

Is our data secure if an AI agent is built inside our Microsoft 365 tenant?
Agents built in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio run inside your own Microsoft tenant, and Hypergen configures them to use each person's existing permissions wherever the process allows. Hypergen builds on the platforms you have already security-approved, which avoids a new platform review, and keeps a human in the loop to approve recommendations until the agent has proven itself.

Not always. People with Microsoft 365 Copilot licences can use agents at no extra charge. People without a Copilot licence can also use Copilot Studio agents and many Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, with usage billed pay-as-you-go through Copilot Studio.
