Private Copilot training for teams in Brisbane, Perth and Hobart
People learn Copilot fastest on work that resembles their own, so every session is private corporate training for one business or government organisation, held on-site at your office or at a venue we arrange. A group of around 15 leaves the facilitator time to help each person during the exercises, although the number is a guide.

How the training day runs
The morning covers the four Microsoft 365 Copilot modules. The afternoon is optional, and teams choose one of two sessions. Use case exploration suits teams that want to apply the morning straight away: the group works through its own processes, identifies where Copilot and agents can save time, and agrees which ideas to try first. The alternative is the advanced Copilot Cowork build session described below.
Remote and hybrid Copilot training
Organisations with staff across Queensland, Western Australia or Tasmania often cannot bring everyone into one room, so remote and hybrid delivery are both available. Hypergen has delivered hybrid sessions successfully, and our facilitators put questions to online participants directly and bring them into the exercises so nobody on the call is left out.
Following along is easier when the content and Copilot sit side by side, so we recommend that people dialling in use two screens: one to see Hypergen's content and the other to follow along on their own computer.
Advanced Copilot Cowork afternoon in Brisbane, Perth and Hobart
Copilot Cowork plans and carries out multi-step work across your Microsoft 365 apps and files, and it calls for different habits from the prebuilt Word, Excel and PowerPoint agents. Hypergen has trained organisations on Cowork since Microsoft released it in early April 2026.
The optional advanced afternoon is a build session, available on request in Brisbane, Perth and Hobart after the morning Copilot training. Participants put Cowork to work on documents, spreadsheets and reusable skills drawn from their own roles. Canberra, Darwin and regional centres

Does Hypergen run public Copilot training sessions?
No. People ask their most useful questions about their own work, and a private setting lets them speak openly, so Hypergen runs Copilot training for one organisation at a time. That makes it harder to serve organisations of one or two people. If you can bring a group together, such as partner businesses, Hypergen is open to running a session for it. Hypergen also occasionally runs sessions that include local organisations, among them those it donates to, as part of building AI skills in the region.
