We offer Copilot training in two tracks
Take one or both, depending on what suits your team. Each track is a convenient half-day so people lose minimal time away from work. This page covers Copilot Cowork; we also offer Microsoft 365 Copilot training.
The half-day training on Microsoft's new agentic AI
Copilot Cowork works differently from the rest of Copilot. Where the prebuilt Word, Excel and PowerPoint agents take focused tasks off your plate, Cowork plans and executes multi-step work across your apps and files. Knowing when to reach for Cowork, how to use it well, and how it combines with the other Copilot agents is what this Copilot Cowork training is designed to teach.
We've been training organisations on Copilot Cowork since Microsoft released it in early April 2026. This course runs the same afternoon as our morning Microsoft 365 Copilot training, so you can attend both back-to-back, or just the Cowork course on its own.
Sessions run in person, capped at 20 participants, with direct access to a facilitator who builds and ships Cowork workflows for organisations every week.

Inside the course: six hands-on Cowork modules
Cowork Foundations & Work IQ
How Cowork relates to the prebuilt Word, Excel and PowerPoint agents in Microsoft 365. When to reach for which, and the agentic model in 10 minutes. We also cover Work IQ, the layer that grounds Cowork in your Microsoft 365 content so its work reflects your actual files, conversations and context. By the end, you will know what Cowork is, what it isn't, and how to point it at your real work.
Working with Documents in Cowork
Multi-step document workflows in Cowork. Drafting, restyling, and reshaping documents with multiple sources in play. Working with your existing Word documents, SharePoint files and templates so Cowork respects the structure your team already uses.
Working with Spreadsheets in Cowork
Reading messy data, joining information across multiple files, and building outputs that would normally require finance or BI help. Cowork shines here. Most participants leave this module with patterns they can apply on Monday.
Advanced Prompting & Reusable Cowork
Structure prompts so they survive contact with real work and can be reused by your team. Add custom skills into Cowork so the patterns you build aren't locked to one person's head. This is where Cowork stops being a clever trick and starts being a capability.
Scheduled Cowork
How to schedule recurring Cowork runs so the work happens on cadence without you starting it. Weekly reports, daily summaries, monthly reconciliations: set the pattern once and let Cowork run it.
Combining Cowork with the Office Agents
Closing module. How to combine Cowork with the Word, Excel and PowerPoint agents so the right tool runs each part of the work. We share how we make the most out of Cowork with your broader Copilot agents, so participants leave with a clear sense of when to reach for which.
Who this Copilot Cowork training is for
This Copilot Cowork training is designed for beginners and advanced participants in the same room. Even if you have only just looked at Cowork, the intent is that you leave confident on when to apply it, how to use it well, and how it compares to the prebuilt Word, Excel and PowerPoint agents.
For experienced Copilot users, the advanced prompting, custom skills, Work IQ and scheduled Cowork modules go further than most public Copilot training in Australia.
What our clients are seeing
A national retailer spotted a critical logistics issue in minutes after Copilot Cowork training. They acted on it before the sale window closed, protecting revenue that would otherwise have been lost.
A wholesaler used Cowork to consolidate a manual reporting process that pulled multiple spreadsheets in different formats. The change returned one day a week in productivity, and made the process portable when the regular owner is on leave.
We are helping a range of organisations get the most out of Cowork on short engagements. Examples include predicting stock levels for deliveries, and streamlining renewals and new customer onboarding in financial services.
Why Hypergen for Copilot Cowork training
Many organisations find that generic Cowork training produces limited adoption. The content can feel theoretical or disconnected from how people actually work. We take a different approach. To understand why organisations choose Hypergen, it helps to know that we have been building Cowork workflows for clients since Microsoft released it in early April 2026.
That practical experience shapes how we teach. Our M365 Copilot Cowork training is independently developed and draws on what we see working in real organisations, giving you a perspective focused on business impact.
