Copilot Training for Business

Private, in-person Microsoft 365 Copilot training for teams of 10 or more

Hypergen runs Copilot training for business in two tracks: the half-day Microsoft 365 Copilot training covering Copilot fundamentals, the prebuilt Word, Excel, Analyst and Researcher agents and building your own custom agents; and the half-day Copilot Cowork training course covering Microsoft's new agentic AI experience. For corporate workshops we run them on your site or at a venue of your choosing, capped at 20 participants for hands-on quality, with dates by arrangement.

Most organisations book both tracks back-to-back in a single day. That gives your people a complete picture: how Copilot works today across the apps they already use, and where Cowork takes their work next. You can also book a single track if that suits the team better.

Best together: both tracks in one day

For most organisations the highest-ROI option is running both tracks on the same day for the same group. People walk in with limited Copilot fluency in the morning and walk out at 5pm able to apply Cowork to multi-step work they actually do each week. Lunch in the middle, and the shared cohort makes both sessions stronger.

A single-day combined corporate workshop

9am to 5pm with a lunch break. Same group, same venue, both tracks delivered by the same facilitator. Capped at 20. $490 per person per track.

How a Hypergen corporate Copilot workshop runs

We deliver corporate Copilot workshops the same way we run our public sessions: in person, on real laptops, with business-oriented exercises participants can apply the next morning. The differences for the corporate format are practical:

  • Your venue. On your site, at a venue of your choosing, or at one we arrange. We have run sessions in CBD offices, regional head offices and offsite venues.
  • Dates by arrangement. We work around your calendar, including back-to-back days for larger groups split across sessions.
  • Capped at 20 per session. Larger groups split across multiple back-to-back workshops so every participant gets answers in the moment.
  • Already practical and hands-on. The training is built around real business scenarios, so it works well as-is for most groups. Content can be tailored to your industry on request, contact us for more info.
  • Onshore Australian facilitators. Senior practitioners who build Copilot and Cowork workflows for organisations every week.

What participants bring

  • Their own laptop, with Microsoft 365 and Copilot signed in.
  • An active paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. If you are unsure about your licensing position, we are happy to help you check before booking.
  • Optional: their own working files. Real documents and spreadsheets make the exercises stick faster. We also provide a sample file pack so participants can do both.

What our corporate clients are seeing

Financial Services
160 Senior Managers Trained

We are actively supporting a large financial services company, delivering Copilot and agent training to 160 senior managers. The programme is helping them get significantly better use from their existing Microsoft 365 investment.

89 NPS score from a recent session of 20 participants, reflecting the practical, business-focused approach.

Franchising
From Training to 6 Deployed Agents

A fast-growing franchisor wanted to use Microsoft 365 Copilot to support their process-oriented culture, industrialising knowledge and delivering consistency across their franchise network. Following the corporate workshop, we deployed six custom agents into their Microsoft environment.

Cross-functional
National Retail & Wholesale Wins

A national retailer spotted a critical logistics issue in minutes after Cowork training, acting on it before the sale window closed. A wholesaler consolidated a manual reporting process across multiple spreadsheets, returning one day a week in productivity.

Fewer than 10 people? Send them to a public session

If you have a small team or a few individuals to send, our public group sessions are usually the better fit. They run in person in each CBD on a monthly cadence (every two months in Adelaide):

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot training: Melbourne (3rd Tuesday mornings) · Sydney (1st Tuesday mornings) · Adelaide (2nd Wednesday mornings, every two months)
  • Copilot Cowork training: Melbourne · Sydney · Adelaide (same days as the morning Copilot training, afternoons 1:30pm to 5pm)
